Proper Feedback is a voice-first anonymous suggestion box for organizations. We give your people a phone number they can call — voice-masked, identity-free — and deliver their message straight to the people who can act on it.
Most feedback channels fail for the same reason: they're not actually anonymous. An "anonymous" Google Form still has your email in the header. A Slack message to HR has your profile picture on it. The suggestion box in the break room has your handwriting on the note.
People know this. So they say nothing. And organizations keep making decisions without the information they need.
We built Proper Feedback because the phone call is the oldest anonymous channel there is — and with modern voice masking and one-way identity hashing, we can make it genuinely trustworthy in both directions.
Caller phone numbers are one-way hashed with a secret stored outside the database. We use the hash to rate-limit spam — and nothing else. There is no admin panel that reveals caller identities, because the data doesn't exist anywhere to reveal.
Voice masking is applied before audio is stored. We keep the masked audio and the transcript. The original recording is discarded.
